Formula 1 technology for anti-flashover.

ULTRA PLUS TITAN feature ribless F1 technology. This means physically and dielectrically stronger spark plugs and guaranteed maximum flashover protection.

FISS suppressor for smoother balanced idling.

Fired in Suppressor Seal (FISS) construction maintains a consistent spark plug voltage for smoother idling and also contributes to cooling.

Thin walled copper core centre electrode for better heat dissipation.

The thin walls bring the copper nearer to the surface. The firing end retains heat longer under light engine loads to reduce cold fouling, while improving heat dissipation at high rpm to cut wear and extend spark plug life.

Longer core nose/broader seat for wider heat range. The long core nose -more resistant to fouling- and increased seat diameter contribute to the turbo cooling effect around the core nose.

Wider gap for greatly improved performance. Gapped for performance, Ultra Plus Titan gives that ‘just new’ acceleration feel throughout its full life and a superb combustion efficiency that cuts both fuel consumption and emissions.

Copper core.

• Machined thermal contour centre electrode for precious-metal performance on naturally aspirated engines.

• Platinum fine-wire centre electrode for maximum performance on turbo engines.

• Titanium alloy poly-v ground electrode: Filigree poly-v shape requires lower voltage for greater ignition reliability & better flame front propagation, nickel-titanium alloy provides high erosion resistance.
